Shiny Happy People...

Shiny happy people laughing
Meet me in the crowd
People people
Throw your love around
Love me love me
Take it into town
Happy happy
Put it in the ground
Where the flowers grow
Gold and silver shine

Shiny happy people holding hands
Shiny happy people laughing

Everyone around love them, love them
Put it in your hands
Take it take it
There's no time to cry
Happy happy
Put it in your heart
Where tomorrow shines
Gold and silver shine

Shiny happy people holding hands
Shiny happy people laughing

The complaint; VCSY vs. MSFT
http://ragingbull.quote.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=VCSY&read=186064

VCSY's complaint in the lawsuit is concise; only 4 pages, and alleges that Microsoft has infringed at least 25 of the 53 claims of the ‘744 patent.

Even though the complaint only covers four pages it nonetheless makes me say “ouch” for Microsoft. It characterizes Microsoft as inducing others to infringe, even as some posters here on this board have suggested might be happening.

The patent is clearly spelled out in the nine pages of Exhibit A of the complaint. The coding of course is not shown on those pages. A core dump of the coding would probably be several feet thick.

Microsoft filed for an extension of time to respond. “The parties have met and conferred, and plaintiff does not oppose this request.” The time to respond to the complaint be moved to and include July 13, 2007

Apparently there has been no court action since 05/09/2007 at which time it is posted “The Answer Due Deadline updated for Microsoft Corporation to 7/13/2007.
